We are searching for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to complement our kitchen team, supporting the Head Chef in crafting and executing outstanding dishes. The ideal candidate will possess a fervor for food and culinary innovation, adept leadership qualities, and a proven history in dynamic, high-volume kitchen environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu development and recipe creation.

  • Supervise and mentor kitchen personnel in food preparation, presentation, and service standards.

  • Uphold stringent benchmarks for food quality, flavor, and presentation.

  • Manage inventory, labor, and expenditure to optimize revenue and minimize wastage.


  • Maintain a hygienic, orderly, and secure kitchen space.

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.


  • Participate in recruitment, training, and performance assessment of kitchen staff.


  • Assume kitchen leadership duties in the absence of the Head Chef.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication proficiencies.

  • Profound culinary aptitude and familiarity with diverse cooking methodologies.

  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen atmosphere.

  • Proficiency in food safety and sanitation standards.

  • Competence in managing inventory, labor, and financial resources to enhance profitability.

  • Availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.


Pay Range:

$67,000 - $75,000 annually
