Food Runner

We are seeking a team player with a passion for customer service to join our front-of-house team as a Food Runner. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in running food and drinks to our guests and providing exceptional service. The candidate should have experience in wearing a tray with drinks, be willing to learn all menu items, including allergies, and be proactive and efficient in their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in running food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner

• Ensure that plates are presented correctly and all items are delivered in a professional manner

• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide excellent service to our guests

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Learn all menu items, including allergies, and be able to communicate effectively with guests

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints and provide timely and effective solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in wearing a tray with drinks

• Passion for customer service

• Strong team player

• Willingness to learn all menu items, including allergies

• Proactive and efficient in their duties

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay Range:

• Los Gatos, California ($16 to $20.5 per hour)

• Walnut Creek, California ($16 to $20.5 per hour)

• Palo Alto, California ($17.80 to $22.25 per hour)

• Los Angeles, California ($16.78 to $21.04 per hour)
