Bartender

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar fine dining restaurant, possess extensive knowledge of wines and spirits, and be able to provide outstanding customer service. The candidate should have exceptional multitasking abilities, the capacity to handle stressful situations, and possess excellent communication skills. The candidate must be over 21 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, to customers in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area

• Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for customers

• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels

• Educate customers on our selection of wines and spirits

• Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Bartender in a similar fine dining restaurant

• Extensive knowledge of wines and spirits

• Strong multitasking abilities

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Comfortable with stressful situations

• Exceptional communication and customer engagement skills

• Must be over 21 years old

Pay Range:

• Los Gatos, California ($15.5 to $20.5 per hour)

• Walnut Creek, California ($15.5 to $20.5 per hour)

• Palo Alto, California ($17.25 to $22.25 per hour)

• Los Angeles, California ($16.78 to $21.04 per hour)
